For those of you who know Tim Ferriss, you know that Tim is mentor to millions via Podcasts, Blog Posts, his books and a scientific, data driven approach to learning.
This Link will lead you directly to piece that I saw last year, and an approach to the New Years Resolution that is unique. It has helped me remove from my life much of the negative influences, but more importantly focusing on the positives and all that gives me energy to do more.
The concept is an exercise in lieu of resolutions for 2019, or what Tim calls a Past Year Review. The exercise takes less than 60 minutes, and is very illuminating, informative and educational.
